AzuraAzwa
Just discovered this amazing jewelry line. AzuraAzwa is a designed by two talented sisters. Their statement bib necklaces have amazing appeal stemming from their mix of colours and materials. I love turban headbands and they have an great selection of jewel toned turbans. If your a bold and the beauty type, you can purchase their items on fashionvalet.net.
Simply love this.

A new environment
Exactly a week ago, I relocated from Auckland to Malaysia, its a lil bit daunting as other than my immediate family and about 4 friends, I know no one here and know nothing of the environment here, from the working environment to the fashion designers here. Lots of learning to be done.
When packing to move here, I got rid of more than half my wardrobe, I decided it was time for a revamp and also with the difference in weather, my winter items would become redundant and just collect dust.
Below is just a small selection of what has been inspiring me this week. I am huge fan of the current colour blocking trend, I especially colour blocking in yellow tones. Ruby lips and healthy hair. Denim on denim. Seventies inspired footwear.
Madame Hawke Kid Sis Jeans
In Devil Wears Prada, Miranda Priestly quotes “Florals? For
spring? Ground breaking.” Well Madame Hawke is ground breaking; creating jeans
in full bloom power available for autumn. I can’t get enough of her Kid Sis Jeans, its
simply grand - velvet in rich shades of green, purple and cream. And it’s in my
favourite cut – high waist slim fit. Worn with a basic white top, platform
heels and messy hair it will be the perfect nod to the 1970’s glam.

New shoes
In the last month, my shoe collection has grown by three, my wardrobe was in dire need of some additions. I had successfully managed to destroy a few pairs of shoes walking around hilly Auckland city and standing around at work.
So on my summer travels to Malaysia and Melbourne, I was spoilt for choice. I am not a big fan online shopping, I love browsing the inter-web for the products available but very particular with fits so I am hesitant to make purchases without trying on the product first. My new shoes didn't do too much damage on my bank account because everything in Malaysia is much cheaper anyways and my Tone Bianco shoes were from a factory outlet store on Smith Street. Very happy with my purchases because they are all shoes I actually needed and they don't hurt my feet!
